Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are as follows:

All orders are shipped within 3 working days by Registered post and insured. Postage and freight

Costs are the responsibility of you the customer and all freight and postage costs need to be paid before purchased items leave Fairmarket Antiques. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at llis7466@bigpond.net.au or quality@fairmarketantiques.com

 

Refunds and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Fairmarket Antiques. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card if exchange cannot be done. All items will be photographed on departure so breakage from shipping is not a fault.

All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and by Registered Post and insured if the item is Jewellery. If the item is a piece of furniture it will need to be sent by freight. All goods exchanged must still be in an unused and saleable condition. We do not exchange for change of mind.

All freight on furniture is organized on behalf of the purchaser and Fairmarket Lismore Antique Centre accepts no responsibility once Furniture has left our premises 78 Keen St Lismore 2480. All furniture freighters will sign a condition report on pick up. Any return of furniture you will need to notify Fairmarket ahead of time on 0266 214 306
